This project involved the precision of manufacture and delivery of 126 high specification GRP bathroom pods to support a major student accommodation development in York. Utilising advance off site construction methods, the turnkey units were delivered fully fitted, plumbed, and pre-tested to ensure seamless integration with the main structural framework. This volumetric approach minimised on site congestion, reduced trade interface, and delivered a durable, low maintain solution tailored for high density student living.
